Welcome to our online home!

Golden Retrievers have been a part of my life since 1986 when I took my collie to obedience training. The trainer did a demonstration with her golden retriever, Malagolds Constant Charmer, and the rest, as they say is history. My first Golden was from “Charmer’s” first litter. Driftwood’s Misty Breeze was a typical golden, friendly, reliable, and trustworthy. For me life without a golden retriever would just not be the same. I started out in obedience and eventually included conformation.  I began breeding to produce Goldens that exemplify the AKC and UKC standard. Goldens that are sound in mind and body with proper structure, temperament, and wonderful companions.
I live in the country  with my husband and my Golden Retrievers. Golden Retrievers are my passion. As a hobby breeder, my philosophy is quality not quantity. I have litters from time to time, when the timing is right. My goal is to raise healthy and happy goldens with proper temperament. Prior to breeding our dogs must have obtained the
following clearances: OFA Hip and Elbow, Cerf Eye, and cardiologist clearance.

Our Goldens are raised as part of the family. Puppies are whelped inside and are socialized from day one.  Puppies when available go to their homes between 7 and 8 weeks. We continue to receive updates, photos, and cards  from past litters that are now as old as 14. My husband does not participate in dog shows but he loves each of our golden retrievers and helps take care of them.

I belong to the Golden Retriever Club of America and the Battle Creek Kennel Club.
